 Mail in Repairs

 

AA Mobile phone Repairs offer a mail in repair service with a 24 hour turnaround. You can receive your handset the day after tomorrow! (If sent by Express Post Platinum  between Monday – Wednesday)

 

Please use the following steps for this service.

 

1. Call 07 3219 7444 to reserve the parts for your repair.
2. Download and complete the AA Mobile Phone Repair Form here.
3. If your Handset is in a working state, please back it up in case we need to restore it.
4. If you want it back within 24 hours send it Express post platinum.You can get Satchels from your local Post Office.We prefer Express Post Platinum as it is the most secure method of shipping and offers tracking so you can see where your parcel is.
5. Write the return address.
6. Pack it up neatly. We recommend bubble wrap and a small box.

7. Please include your contact details, an email address (for the PayPal invoice) and a quick description of the repair required so we can get working on it straight away.
8. We will contact you when we receive your handset.
9. You can pay your invoice using your PayPal Account or a credit card. We prefer PayPal as it offers both you and us security, and we don’t need to know your credit card details.
10. You will be notified upon dispatch.

Note:

1. AA mobile Phones will endeavour to repair your Handset within 24 hours.
2. In the rare case of parts not being in stock, a delay of up to 48 hours may occur. Any delays will be notified immediately.
3. Water damage repairs may take up to 7 days before a determination about whether it can be repaired is notified.
